With a keen eye for design and a deep understanding of buyer psychology, we create inviting, market-ready homes that stand out. Navanta & Patricia
At Neisha Renay, LLP, we believe that beautifully staged spaces have the power to transform the way people feel, live, and connect. Our journey began long before we launched this business—rooted in friendship, creativity, and a shared passion for design.
We, Navanta and Patricia, have been friends for nearly a decade, bonded not just by our love for design but by our deep involvement in our community and church at Denver South SDA. Over the years, we’ve created everything together—music, food, drinks, hair, nails, and most importantly, beautiful spaces. We’ve always had an eye for what makes a space feel inviting, and we quickly realized that our shared talent could help others bring out the best in their homes.
Our business idea sparked when we helped each other stage our own homes for sale. We experienced firsthand the challenges and excitement of preparing a space for the market, and we saw how a well-staged home could transform both its appeal and its value. That experience made us want to offer others a streamlined, stress-free approach to home staging—one that blends design expertise with an understanding of what buyers truly want.
Neisha Renay was born from our desire to turn that vision into reality. With our backgrounds in interior design, architecture, graphic design, business management, and finance, we bring a unique, well-rounded approach to staging. Our debut project, the 12th Ave project, was the official start of what we know will be a beautiful and impactful journey.
We have big dreams and high hopes for this company, and we can’t wait to help homeowners, real estate professionals, and communities create spaces that feel like home.

Navanta Antoine-Griffith
With a professional foundation in finance and accounting, I bring a disciplined, analytical approach to every home I stage. Numbers tell a story — and so does a property. My background in financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning allows me to evaluate each home not just aesthetically, but as an asset positioned within a competitive market. I understand return on investment, buyer psychology, and the importance of presenting a property in a way that maximizes perceived value while remaining cost-efficient for sellers.
Home staging is where my love for finance and design intersect. I see every space as an opportunity to create both emotional connection and measurable results. By combining market insight with thoughtful styling, I help transform homes into compelling products that photograph beautifully, show confidently, and ultimately sell strategically. For me, staging isn’t just about décor — it’s about positioning a property to perform.

Patricia Joseph Gill
I’m an architect, educator, and creative who has always been drawn to the beauty and impact of the built environment. I enjoy sharing my passion for design while continuing to explore how thoughtful spaces can shape the way we live and feel. I worked in interior staging and later gained hands-on construction experience working with Habitat for Humanity. Throughout each chapter of my career, I’ve found myself continually inspired by beautiful, functional spaces and the stories they tell.
For me, home staging is both relaxing and deeply rewarding—it feels like solving a visual puzzle where every detail matters. I realized how meaningful staging could be during what is often a stressful transition for homeowners. While architecture will always be my first love, staging has shown me how design can truly bring a space to life in a warm, approachable, and personal way. I love helping people see the full potential of their homes and creating spaces that feel both elevated and inviting.
