With a keen eye for design and a deep understanding of buyer psychology, we create inviting, market-ready homes that stand out. Whether a property is vacant or owner-occupied, our expert staging services help clients sell faster and at top dollar—with designs that reflect the way you live.

Navanta & Patricia
At Neisha Renay, LLP, we believe that beautifully staged spaces have the power to transform the way people feel, live, and connect. Our journey began long before we launched this business—rooted in friendship, creativity, and a shared passion for design.
We, Navanta and Patricia, have been friends for nearly a decade, bonded not just by our love for design but by our deep involvement in our community and church at Denver South SDA. Over the years, we’ve created everything together—music, food, drinks, hair, nails, and most importantly, beautiful spaces. We’ve always had an eye for what makes a space feel inviting, and we quickly realized that our shared talent could help others bring out the best in their homes.
Our business idea sparked when we helped each other stage our own homes for sale. We experienced firsthand the challenges and excitement of preparing a space for the market, and we saw how a well-staged home could transform both its appeal and its value. That experience made us want to offer others a streamlined, stress-free approach to home staging—one that blends design expertise with an understanding of what buyers truly want.
Neisha Renay was born from our desire to turn that vision into reality. With our backgrounds in interior design, architecture, graphic design, business management, and finance, we bring a unique, well-rounded approach to staging. Our debut project, the 12th Ave project, was the official start of what we know will be a beautiful and impactful journey.
We have big dreams and high hopes for this company, and we can’t wait to help homeowners, real estate professionals, and communities create spaces that feel like home.
